Owner & Operations Manager

Kelly oversees the day-to-day operations of Hood Tooling & Machine, including production scheduling, customer projects, equipment management, and business development. Since founding the company in 2012, he has helped grow the business from a small backyard shop into a full-service manufacturing operation serving customers across multiple industries.

Production Manager

Justin oversees shop production and helps coordinate workflow to keep projects moving efficiently through the manufacturing process. He works closely with the team to maintain quality, meet delivery commitments, and support continuous improvement throughout the shop.

Gunsmith

Justin provides gunsmithing services for Hood Tooling & Machine and is an AGI-certified gunsmith. He specializes in firearm repair, maintenance, customization, and troubleshooting while providing customers with professional and dependable service.

Owner & Quality Manager

Patricia oversees business operations, quality management, customer relations, and compliance with AS9100D and ISO 9001 standards.

Accounting & Billing

Kayla manages accounting, billing, and accounts receivable functions for the company. She helps keep the financial side of the business running smoothly while supporting both customers and the Hood Tooling & Machine team.
